Quotes and booking
How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form, or call or WhatsApp us on +971 58 601 2204 (office +971 4 338 8993). For larger moves we offer a free survey on site or by video call.
Is the quote fixed?
Yes. You get a written quote for the agreed scope. It only changes if the scope changes, and we agree that with you first.
How far in advance should I book?
One to two weeks is ideal, and more around month-end. We often help at shorter notice too.
Moving day
Do I need to pack anything myself?
No. Our packers can pack everything, or you can pack some items yourself and leave the rest to us.
Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
Yes, beds, wardrobes, tables and most flat-pack furniture are included in our moves.
Do I need a building move permit?
Most managed buildings in Dubai require one. We tell you which documents your building asks for.
Storage and other services
Do you offer storage?
Yes, short and long-term storage in lockable units at our Al Quoz facility, with collection and redelivery.
Do you offer handyman services?
Yes: furniture assembly, curtains and blinds, electrical work, TV mounting, painting and cleaning, for homes and businesses.
Can you ship my car abroad?
Yes, we arrange car shipping within the UAE and internationally.
