After a site survey we give you a written plan covering timings, crew, trucks, building access and the order departments move in, signed off before the day.

Workstations are dismantled and rebuilt, IT equipment is packed in anti-static materials, and files go into numbered crates so nothing is lost between floors.

We look at what you are moving, on site or by video call, and note access, parking and building rules.

Fixed written quote
You get one clear quote in writing, with the date, crew size and trucks agreed up front.

Pack and move
Our crew protects floors and doorways, packs and labels every carton, and loads in the order you will need things.

Unpack and set up
At the new address we place furniture where you want it, reassemble beds and wardrobes, and take away the debris.
Office Relocation: common questions
Can you move our office over a weekend?
Yes. Most office moves are done on evenings or weekends so you open as normal on the next working day.
Do you disconnect IT equipment?
We pack and move IT equipment safely. Disconnection and network set-up are usually done by your IT team or provider; we coordinate with them.
Can you store surplus furniture?
Yes, short or long term at our Al Quoz facility.
