Villas mean volume: several bedrooms, majlis furniture, garden sets, appliances and often a garage full of extras. We plan the move room by room and send enough crew and trucks to finish on the day.
Planned room by room
We inventory each room and label every item to its new room, so the unloading crew knows exactly where things go. Large villas get a team leader who stays on site from start to finish.
Fragile and heavy items handled
Mirrors, artwork, marble tops and chandeliers get custom crates. Pianos, safes, gym equipment and outdoor furniture are moved with the right equipment and enough hands.

Unpack and set up
At the new address we place furniture where you want it, reassemble beds and wardrobes, and take away the debris.
Villa Moving: common questions
How long does a villa move take?
Most 3–5 bedroom villas are moved in a single day. Very large villas, or moves with a lot of crating, may take two days, which we agree in the quote.
Do you move pianos and safes?
Yes, with the right equipment and crew size. Tell us during the survey so we plan for them.
Can you pack the day before?
Yes. For larger villas we often pack on day one and move on day two.
